I'm trying to find a way to let my ferrets stay out of their cage all day,
but keep them from destroying the house. (My roommate built them a new
cage, but they succeeded in destroying the door within a week or two of
being put in it.) Now, I like my ferrets, but they are starting to drive
me nutz. Mousse wants to make a jail break from out apartment so bad he's
figured out how to open the screen door ( handle is about three feet over
his head when he's fully stretched from the floor), and Bear is fast
becoming an expert on how to end up in the silverware drawer.

I'm thinking of getting a toddler-gate and keeping them out of the kitchen
during the day when I'm not at home, but will it work? I swear these
ferrets are part monkey...I came home one day to see Bear hanging from the
side of his cage like a cat.

Basically, what me question is...is, well, HELP! <g>
