Goodness!  Hamsters shouldn't eat that junk either.  None of the
so-called "foods" or "diets" produced by Hartz is a good diet for any
species.  It's cheap, it's in the markets and people who don't want to
go to a pet supply store buy it.  But pity the poor critters who are
forced to eat it. :-(
 
Don't buy Hartz for ferrets or any of your other companion animals.
