Ferrets and babies can co-exist quite well together with proper
supervision.  Why don't you give it a try before abandoning the ferrets
who depend on you and think of you as their family.  Unless there is more
to this story than you are telling (and perhaps there is, and that's your
private business) there is no reason for you to find a new home for the
ferrets.  Lots of new parents successfully integrate a new human baby
into a home with pets.  It's done all the time.
