Hello--new reader of the FML here. I'm really glad to have found this; the
information is great.

My SO Sam and I have owned ferrets for about 8 years. Nikki and Tam Lin
Smurfbane (3 kills to his credit) have passed on, but we still have others.
Chaos is the oldest now (male, about 5 yrs. old, butterscotch color),
followed by Havoc (female, white-footed sable, about 3 yrs. old). The two
newest are the Barbarian Brothers--seven-month-old littermates,
sables--named Mayhem and T.D. (for Total Disaster). We've had the brothers
for two weeks now and they've settled in nicely. All of the kids are
neutered; we're crazy, but not that crazy. <g>

Question: at 7 months, the brothers are already over 3 lbs. each and are
eating us out of house and home. We were under the impression that at that
age they had pretty well reached adult size, but the way they're chowing I'm
wondering about that! Can we expect them to get much bigger? (Oh, my poor
bookcases!)
Joanne
