In the past, when comming into California on a main artery you had to
pass through a Agricultural Inspection Station. If you had a ferret and
they caught you, the ferret was confiscated.

Beacause of cutbacks, most of the Ag Stations have been un manned for the
last year and a half. But things are chainging.

I had a call from one station already, And one of the departments people
called me today to let me know they were going to start opening them up
radomly and doing tests. They will be doing car checks. For now I DO
know that the Winterhave and the Needles stations are involoved.

So please be careful if your driving into CA. Go to the Ferrets
Anonymous website, www.ferretsanonymous.com and see how to bybass the
Ag stations.
