Karen wrote a very helpful post about vets in North Carolina, but
unfortunately, she gave a very old URL for the Ferret Guardian Rescue
Haven website.  The correct URL is:

I just received a bunch of updates, and I'm about to get a bunch of new
fuzzy photos, so look for updates to the site by this weekend.  Right now,
Diane has a large number of special needs ferrets, i.e.: ones who need nip
training or ones who need their medical situation monitored long term.
Diane will only adopt these out to experienced ferret owners, for obvious
reasons.  If you can help with one of the special fuzzies, please do visit
the site and fill out an application online.
