Sandee,
Can you please check on a new arrival?  Her name is Pearl (the people who
gave her up called her Pepper)  She is totally bald, except for hair on
her face and a very delicate little girl.  When we took her the people who
gave her up said the she lost her hair every winter.  We knew better, but
we just smiled and nodded so we could get you away from the meow mix cat
food and no time out of the cage.  You were only with us for a month or
so, but we loved you just the same.  I hope it was a good month.  We knew
you were sick, but we wanted to give you time to adjust to your move
before having any tests done.  You went so fast, there was little we
could do.  I hope you know how much you were loved.
 
Pearl was my daughter's first rescue, and she is taking this very hard.
