free standing water bottle idea

FYI, I use the smallest bunjee cords available (about 8-10" long) to
attach my bottles to the cages inside and out.  You can get them at
Walmart in the automotive dept in packages of 4 and I think 12 to a
package also.  I use these to secure my glass water bottles.
