Today I recieved a very distressing e-mail about a Phillipsburg shelter
facing eviction.
 
For the last 6 years New Jerseys, Fuzzy Loving Ferret Rescue has been
saving, sheltering and finding homes for many ferrets.  But now, 75
wonderful ferrets are at risk of losing their homes, and when removed
the shelter will have them destroyed in 2 days.  Deborah, the owner of
the shelter and her husband have tried evverything to keep the shelter
going but NASTY neighboors and city zoning laws seem to be winning.  On
Aug. 21 a city zoning officer told the shelter owners they had 60 days
to remove the ferrets.
