Subject:	Tumors in the spleen

Akasha's spleen had 100's of tiny white balls in it.  My vet seems to think
they are tumors.  I thought tumors were one big lump inside.  Is it possible
it could be this way?  If so, I do have a cut of her spleen and her adrenal
gland.  But if I send it to Pathology, and it is cancer, what next?
