Hi all...just this morning I was reading the latest FML, and it seems
there's something I should know about cat litter that I don't? Anyway, it
so happens I decided to try some of that cat litter that clumps together for
the boys. It is much finer then the stuff I used before, which was your
run-of-the-mill litter.

Well, as usual, my younger ferret loves to play in a clean cat box, and was
nosing around the litter. He seems to have inhaled some, because a little
while later he was sneezing his head off and I can only describe the sound
as that of someone with a sore throat. I've been told that ferrets are
susceptible to resperatory infections..is this true? And is there a
recommended cat litter? Should I used newspaper instead? Help! Punk
really worried me when he started sneezing like that, and he's somewhat less
active right now then usual. I'll be really concerned if he isn't himself
shortly. In short, I won't be using the new clumping litter anymore!

Thanks for any advice!
