Here in the UK a lot of us older folk feed our ferrets on "nothing but
meat" and our animals reach double figures with not the slightest
health problems.

At one point I went over to dry food because I was hounded into it by
one or two female expert! pet owners here in the UK who made me feel
that I was not doing the right thing for my animals, since having
health problems on a diet of dry food, I have gone back to feeding a
raw meat diet for my cats, dogs and ferrets, I have even gone so far as
requesting that people in my area who own backyard poultry instead of
killing and bining them contact me and give them to me so I can feed
them to my animals. Since posting on several local boards I have had\
to get an other freezer to put the stuff in.
