Perhaps we have both misunderstood each other.  I do know or at least
partly, why this would hit close to home with you & I am sorry about
that.
 
I can understand why IBD may be misdiagnosed by some vets, but since it
was diagnosed in my 2 by a lab I believe they are right.  Which is why
a biopsy should be taken & always be sent to a lab for diagnoses.
 
I also hope that IBD doesn't precede lymphoma, we both for different
reasons, but in the end perhaps for the same.
