I use Dial Bar Soap.  Unless it's already been set by the dryer, it works
on everything from grease to blood.  Just wet the stain with cold water
and use the bar to scrub directly on the stain.  If you keep working at
it, it will eventually come out.  But, in case you don't get it
completely out, it works as a stain stick to keep the stain from setting
until you can wash.
