We have never received any e-mail from you.  Both Eric and I checked our
various e-mail accounts ([log in to unmask], [log in to unmask],
and [log in to unmask]).
 
Back issues to the UK are $8.95 USD each.  Pay by international money order
or VISA/MC.  Currently available BI are: #1 (reprint), 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10,
11, 12 (newsstand or subscriber edition -- the only difference between the
two is the cover photo), 13, 14, 15.  Current issue is #16.
 
Please don't assume that e-mail always reaches its destination.  It doesn't.
And you don't always get a message that the e-mail didn't make it.
