Hi all,
 
There was a recent post in which someone mentioned holiday collars with
flashing lights!!  I don't know if that person was serious, but nevertheless,
I would like to make a couple for my ferrets so they will be dressed
appropriately for X-mas.  Does anyone have any ideas how one could do this -
battery operated, I guess?  Also, is this safe?
 
Graduate students at Harvard aren't smart enough to figure this one out.
I'm a biochemist, definitely not an electrical engineer.
