Wanted to add my thoughts on ferrets "missing us". I'm not a pet expert
so these are just my personal musings. One time I went out of town for a
couple days. I got home in the middle of the night so everyone was in bed.
I noticed on the kitchen counter on a towel were several of Einstein's
toys. They were soaking wet. When I asked my daughter about it the next
morning, she said that every morning she would go in to check food and
water and there would be a toy floating in the water bowl. I just had the
two boys at the time and Tyson never played with those toys. They were and
still are Einy's. When he comes out to play, they come out. When he goes
in for the night, they go in. Anyway, the next morning, I was anxious to
see if it happened again. It didn't and hasn't happened since-until this
week. I have been up to my eyebrows in schoolbooks and studying. Most of
the day in school, nights in the books. The ferrets are not getting the
amount of attention they are used to. I'm not saying they are
neglected-they are not! My daughter spends as much time with them as she
always has-maybe a little more. They aren't getting the attention from me
that they are used to. And now with teddies, sheep and parrots floating in
the water bowl-I'm wondering if that is Einstein's way of expressing his
unhappiness. I think it probably is. Today was a "no school" day so I
have played with them for hours!!! I wore them out! Most fun I've had in
weeks!!!!! Anyway, I wonder if there will be a floater in the morning!
Guess we will have to wait and see.

Just sign me the many-posting one today!!
