EARLY ENTRY DEADLINE IS 2 WEEKS AWAY!

The details have been worked out ..... The Ferret Lovers' Club of Texas is
proud to announce the 2nd Annual Ferret Olympics.  The event is a fun match
to be held Saturday, October 04, 1997, at 2:00 p.m.  The location is the
Grand Prairie Community Center located at the intersection of Church and
Center Streets in Grand Prairie, Texas.  Grand Prairie is located just east
of Fort Worth/Arlington or west of Dallas in western Dallas County.
 
 Twelve events will be staged this year:
        1) Maze Race                       7)  Best Ferret Trick
        2) Longest Kisser Contest          8)  Tube Race
        3) Paper Sack Escape               9)  Most Yawns in a Minute
        4) Best Weasel War Dance          10)  Best Dressed / Costume
        5) Heaviest Male                  11) Paper Cup Tip
        6)  Lightest Female               12)  Bobbing for Raisins
 
"Early" entries receive a discount on event entry prices.  Deadline for
early entried will be a postmark of September 20, 1997.  To get a packet
