Hi all!

Just wanted you all to know that all the fuzzies are now living side by
side, happily! I hear a bit of squawking now and then, but nothing major!
Heinz is now big enough to pounce on Pita, (and he does QUITE often!)and
big enough to get away from Chip, so things are pretty quiet now.

One thing I found out.....you can't punish the bully for doing what comes
naturally. I did that to Pita once, and the look she gave me.....she
cowered! Made me feel like such a heel! I cuddled her and gave her a
treat, and told her I was sorry. After that, I just let them go.....I
didn't really stop them, I would "rescue" Heinz when he ran to me, and pull
him up on the bed or hold him, then put him back down in another area. It
got to the point where they realized they were going to have to settle in
and adjust, because Heinz was NOT leaving. Now, HE is the one to go after
them.

So take head, don't stop the "fighting", just supervise and see to it they
don't draw blood. These two would really look like they were killing each
other, but there was nothing serious. And it WILL end up ok.

Thanks for all the help and advise guys!

Take care,

Deb
