This sweet little boy was taken from an abusive situation.  Now he is
warm and dry with clean bedding, quality food and fresh water.  Safe in
the arms of a loving volunteer he is able to relax.  Moments like these
are what its all about.

Petty arguments and vindictive behavior only hurts the ferrets.  You
don't need to agree with the way a shelter is run.  You don't even need
to like the director.  You do need to understand the consequences of your
behavior.  Ferrets are being dumped in record numbers everywhere.  Losing
any shelter means ferrets like the one pictured will lose their chance to
live.  Every shelter is important.  Every ferret counts.  Support your
local shelter and ALL shelters in every way you can.  Make sure these
moments keep happening.
