hi,
I once had a beautiful silver male.  It is fairly common for what you
describe as a white ferret with a gray stripe down the back as a silver,
or spotted white.  A somewhat common color for the eyes are a rich
burgundy.  It is probably likely that your ferret's eyes will remain that
color, but i am not sure about that!
