Heather,
For the safety of your ferrets and you own peace of mind.  Perhaps you
should find a more suitable home for Diesel.  I know you love him dearly,
but he seems to be a danger.  And if he picks on things smaller than
himself, what if there was ever a baby/small child around.  I would
try to find a good home for him.  It's hard to do what's right for the
animal, and not for yourself.  But sometimes we just have to put the
animal first. (usually,ya have ta ;o) ).  Good luck what ever you
decide.

I almost forgot, Heather, I know what I'm talking about too.  I have a
dog that thinks my ferrets are a snack.  Fortunatley she's a small dog
and stays outside most of the time.  Also, my kids have thier own special
room to play in, so she can't get at them.
