If you go to the CNN website, you can play a video recording of Jeanne
Moos' story on the NY City Council's decision to lift the ban on ferrets.

The good news for ferret lovers is that the New York City Council has voted
to lift a ban on keeping ferrets as pets.  The bad news for ferret lovers
is that Mayor Rudy Giuliani is probably going to veto the measure.  For
the moment, at least, New York City rats have taken a backseat to ferrets.
