Just wanted to say a very big THANK YOU to members of the Heart of Ohio
Ferret Association for making the Awareness Day a success!  I know I had
a great time and I think others did, too!  The owner of the store first
apologized to me because he really didn't take the whole thing seriously!
He was surprised by the turn out and invited everyone back again.  He
promised to "do it right" next time with bigger and better advertising and
even said he'd have some prizes to give away!  So I think we did well
there!  Also, several of the store employees were ACTUALLY READING some
of the printed material that was available!  Hopefully, we made a little
difference there, too!  All in all, I think it went well with the best part
being the really neat people I got to meet!  The HOFA members that attended
are truly wonderful people and I feel honored that they cared enough to
help me do this thing right!  So big DOOKS to you all and thank you!!
