I spoke to Dr. Koehler in Dr. Drenzek's office today to get a copy of the
insert which will update our current '96 GA Rabies Control Manual.  She told
me that they're in the process of getting approval for production & expense.
The actual copy has not been produced yet.
 
Dr. Koehler assured me that updates have been approved & the changes have
been included on their web page.  I checked...the web page has not been
revised.  I forwarded a note to the webmaster asking him where I could find
the appendicies.  As of 5pm EST today, I did not receive a response.
