Someone please help me.  I have four ferrets (of whom I love dearly) BUT,
they have all of a sudden decided that they don't have to use their litter
pan.  Instead, they are pooping and peeing all over their blankets.  I have
tried everything that I can think of.  I clean their litter pan every day
(but don't scrub it out) and they will only use it a couple of times and
then quit.  They are also pooping in their food and water dishes.  What is
worse, they eat out of their food dishes, just around the poop (I hope).
This is disguisting.  I have had them for three years.  This started when I
startedletting them out more.  Whenever I am home they are out now.  Please
somebody, anybody, everybody, all suggestions are welcome.  If they don't
stop I am going to buy little corks and plug their butts when I am not
around (only kidding, no flaming please).
