I am copying here my response to PetSmart's form letter reply.  Needless
to say I more than just a bit pissed off.

issue at hand and your disregard for the survival of organizations that
shelter European Domestic Ferrets is extremely discouraging.  I, and our
organization's hundreds of supportive contacts, are rethinking our
formerly positive attitude toward PetSmart.
