I've used Rescue Remedy on myself, my ferrets, and my rabbit.  It worked
the BEST on the rabbit; it really calmed and soothed him when nothing else
would.  It works well on me as well.  It has a noticable effect on most of
my ferrets ..  but I have had ferrets on which it had no noticable effects
whatsoever.
 
Rescue Remedy is part of the Bach Flower Essences line of homeopathic
remedies.  It's a combination of different flower essences (five of them,
I think) in an alcohol base.  Usual dosage for a human is 4 drops on the
tongue, or in a glass of water.
