I hope that BIG is correct, and that negative feedback is being received
by ebay!
 
One other thing to consider, even they would be "non-transactional",
small & large puppy mills, & Ferret mills could advertise there!..
Not just rescues!  That includes 'backyard breeders'!  I vote NEY!...
