Does anybody have any tricks, like the ones that have been posted for nail
trimming, that might help me clean my ferrets ears? Some of ours have been
itching at theirs, so I decided it was time to clean them (I was looking
for mites, but it seemed to be normal red/brown wax). The big unnamed guy
had some nasty stuff in there - from gooey to hard - and tried to scratch
at his ears whenever I was working on him. Also the inside had some rather
red areas - could this be an ear infection I'm dealing with?

Maybe it's just our group - but it is much easier for me to clip the nails
of 6 ferrets than clean even one's ears. I have 11 ears to go!!!! (I was
only able to get one clean on the big guy). Please help me figure out the
easiest way!

The ferrets voted - nobody wanted to sign this one!
