My sister is owned by many, many, many ferrets.  She has taken in and
adopted most from shelters and pet stores that were older, dumped, sickly
or biters and has worked with them out of sheer love for ferrets.  She
has thought about doing a shelter but won't because she can't bear to part
with one!!!!  Her life is committed to these animals!  To meet her you
would know this!  She has gone to the ends of the earth to save and spend
what it takes to save a life of just one ferret even if it means maxing
out a credit card!  Her husband works full time and her job is slow right
now (she has a work at home job).  They have one ferret going up to NH for
adrenal surgery this weekend to Weare Animal Hospital (Dr Dutton) and
another being biopsied today at a local vets for possibly a cancer of the
lympnods (her husband is broken up about this-his first ferret).  My
sister makes very high quality hammocks and sleeper sacks and sells them
on ebay under 1rosebob.  Check out her feedback and you'll see how happy
people are with her quality.  PLEASE won't you help and in the same time
give your fuzzies a great bed to sleep in!
