Crying all the time: that is very abberant.  Get to a vet, get an exam
and begin testing.  Something is very likely wrong and until you find
out what it is you can't arrange to correct it.
 
You also say "eating a bit", not 'Eating normally" and that also is not
good.
 
There is ONE MAJOR FERRET HEALTH RULE:  WHEN IN DOUBT HAVE A VET CHECK
IT OUT!
