Dear Anna,
 
I recently used gloss paint and Eric, who has a poorly chest, developed
such an awful cough I had him sleep in my room.  It's taken over a week
for the worst of the fumes to go so I would give it at least a fortnight,
especially in an area that isn't easy to air.  I don't know about latex
paint but tile primer had me giggling like a loon and ordering pizza
awhile back - just a warning!
 
Best of luck with the painting.  Bet the fuzzbutts can't wait to have
their own den.
