hi there!  i just had an interesting little tidbit i got out of the
newspaper to share.  apparently ferrets and skunks aren't related after all.
a researcher was doing a genetic study of ferrets, otters, skunks and the
other animals of that family when he realised that the skunk DNA just didn't
have anything at all in common with the other animals in the family.  skunks
and a "stink badger" from asia are likely to be reclassified as a seperate
family as a result of the study and the reaction of the rest of the
scientific community to it.
