Awful Steve pun: He was referring how Hale used to use both hisses and
turding on a person's foot to get her points across and he called it a
"hiss to rectum me".  Hey, I had and have many good reasons for marrying
that sweet guy 23 years ago and keeping him all these years since. :-)
(He, on the other hand, just has bad taste in women for which I am very
grateful.  ;-) )
