I'm pleased to see the great outpouring of support for SaraFerret and
the bridge greeters. I appreciate all of them as do most of us.

I'm NOT pleased that I had to reject 5 posts complaining about E.L.'s
flaming because I considered them to be flames. But I think this
highlights people have different ideas about what constitutes a flame
and quite clearly my definition differs considerably from the majority
opinion here. (Not to imply I couldn't have used better judgement.)

I'm continuing to read all the comments and invite more but I'd like to
request we take the topic off-list. This has brought way more attention
to Edward Lipinski that is deserved and I'd rather we not dwell on the
damage. Thanking the Greeters is always welcome, of course.

I have to be up in a few hours and I'm hardly awake enough to type
this so I'll get back to people, if necessary, at a later time. Also,
I didn't notify you if I decided to reject your post. I will do that,
just not tonight. Sorry for the delay.
