Oooooooh, life with Kouri is so exciting.  Today he was offered membership
(charter member no less) in the National Home Gardening Club.  He received
a neat plastic membership card with his name - Mr. Kouri Wood, and 2 seed
packets, Red Poppy and Baby's Breath.
 
If he coughs up the $12 membership fee he'll get a free pair of pruning
shears and be put on the list of product testers.  Ok, he can test the lawn
furniture, sprinkler or garden hose (all mentioned possibilities) but I am
not turning him loose with a lawn mower!  He can submit his gardening tips
for publication in the Gardening How-To magazine, and get his landscaping
photos published as well.
 
Landscaping photos?  We live on the river.  Gardening is limited to pots on
the deck.  Well, I want some water plants - maybe Kouri would like to be in
charge of those...
