New England Ferrets (and others if you can teleport that far) are invited
to New Hampshire Ferret Owner's Coalition's Ferret Awareness Day on
September 30 (rain date is October 1).  It will be held in Wasserman Park
in Merrimack NH from 9 AM until 4 PM.  Admission to the park is free.
 
We will have fun events (tube races, contests for the blackest nose,
whitest ferret, and many more).  Rabies vaccinations will be available at
$8 for the first 250 ferrets.  (New Hampshire does have a quarantine law
for vaccinated ferrets now.) There will be lots of ferret toys and
supplies for sale.
 
Ferrets must keep their owners on leashes or under some other control
while in the park.  (You know how much trouble humans can get into if
allowed to roam free.) Make sure that you have your distemper shots up
to date for your own safety.
