I have returned from my long (without ferrets a day is too long) 10 day
trip to Arizona. I did get the chance to visit with a wonderful lady in
Willcox, Arizona, Maryjo Dullum. She has made it her duty to single
handedly rescue unwanted ferrets. There is no ferret rescue active in
Willcox. Thanks for caring Maryjo. I also went the Desert Moon Ferretry.
Kevin Gilbert the owner and I had a very brief visit, but he did show me
his very nice animals. They were well cared for and in excellent health.
I picked up Zima to add to my group of ferrets. Thanks Kevin. When I
returned home I found all was well due to the efforts of Megan Dahlem of
the Brat Pack. With 14 of her own ferrets she still found time to help my
husband with ours. Thanks Megan. And then I got to turn all my babies
loose and enjoy a real dose of ferrets. Great to be home.
