Dooks to all,
 
April 21st, I will be leaving for a week vacation, going over to Bristol,
Indiana and Three Oaks, Mich. areas.  Does anyone know of any ferret
knowledgeable vets in the immediate areas, in case of an emergency?  Was
camping this weekend, luckily only about 10 miles from home, and my Rocky
suddenly became ill with a high fever of 106 on Saturday morning.  Was
able to contact my vet and get him out there, where he was admitted
overnight for observation and to get him out of the "critical condition"
the vet said due to the high temp and possiblility of him having seizures
b/c of it.  I would like to have a name and at least a phone number to be
on the safe side, in case something happens again while we are not close
to home.
