I am not sure this applies to pre existing mobile homes more or less
than new ones, but a cautionary note. A high amount of formaldehyde
gas leeches from mobile home structures. Many animals and some humans
have problems (health) with this. (I am one). So if some strange
illness befalls your pets it may be that the gasses leeching from the
walls etc are the cause.
