OK, I've searched and searched the archives and the internet for the
answer to this question, which I know has been posted about before....
what kind of lacquer have people used successfully for wooden ferret
cages to resist water, odors and scratching?
 
I would need the technical names, not the brand names, as I'll need to
find an equivalent here in Germany.
