Just call an exterminator and have them remove the animal from the
wall. I would then give the bill to your landlord and refuse to pay
ANY rent until ALL repairs are made. You can do that if your landlord
is not doing his part of the lease agreement. It can make you sick
and possibly kill you constantly breathing in those harmful fumes.
