I understand your concern, and this is just a thought. Have the vet
take a really close look at her teeth. I had one that had gone to the
vet, similar antibiotics and seemed a bit better. Then sneezing, and/or
weird sounds again. Went to the vet this time found there was a really
bad tooth. Pulled the tooth, got some more antibiotics, and never did
the funny noise again until he bounced around and hit his nose.

If the teeth are fine ... check the heart. I've heard info regarding
heart problems showing up with strange symptoms and that is also one
of them. Teeth are the easiest to check first.
