Dear Friends across the Atlantic-

Many of you have been keeping businesses to flush out rabbits for a long
time. Can someone tell me, please, what ferrets said, back before they
"dooked", given that dook is a fairly modern term? Or am I completely
mistaken here, and ferrets have been dooking for generations? I was
under the impression that "dook" was a newcomer, as words go. In which
case, well, ferrets must have said something....

Please advise--
Alexandra in MA
