I recieved a call from the CPA here in Jacksonville NC in regards to a
ferret that was found and being held at the Animal Shelter in Onslow
County.  So I went to get her.  She is a beautiful sable but a little
malnourished.  They found her in a trash dumpster someone had thrown her
away.  People can be so cruel.  So I took her to the vet she got her shots
they think she's about 2 years old.  I quarntined her for 10 days and now
she is enjoying the 8 other ferrets that we have.  We have named her Sadie
it means "princess" I think any way I just wanted to say that I believe a
thanks is owed to all those who take in the sick and unwanted.  I am very
proud to say I have made a difference even if it is a little one.
