I think someone was telling fibs - ferrets are legal all over the UK.
Blair and his gang have not yet succeeded in banning ferrets or ferreting.
Give 'em long enough and they will completely destroy rural Britain :-(
I took all my ferrets (40+ of them) down to London last year for a photo
shoot for "Animals, Animals, Animals", a part weekly encyclopaedia
magazine for children.
 
I'm hoping to be able to take two of my albino jills, Kira and Scully,
hunting in the Yorkshire Dales at the weekend, that is if the weather
improves.
