Hi everyone!
I am from Europe and I'm going to be a ferret owner in a few months.
I've been collecting information about ferrets for two years now, but
now I received two questions from friends which I could not answer.

These are:
1. How many kits are in a ferret litter?
2. How often and what time of year jills give birth?

I do not want to breed ferrets, I am just interested. Here in Eastern
Europe litters come two times a year: in spring and late summer. That is
why I am not owned by a fuzzie yet. There are no kits available for about
three months and every breeder told new litters come only in March
earliest. Is it the same in America?

Thanks,
Tunde
