Have they contacted the Austin club for assistance located ferrets needing

They might also visit the message board at www.texasferret.org/ferret_talk
and review the subtopic on placement and adoption.  Sometimes folks seeking
to find a new home for their ferrets post there, and we get folks all over
the state.  There's also an area where those wishing to adopt a new fuzzy
may post.
