Has anyone else gotten their copy of it?  I have and I read the first 6
chapters last night.  It is a hoot so far.  I ordered an extra copy of
the book, so if anyone out there cannot get a copy please let me know.
I think that I can order more copies if I need to.  (I work in a book
store)
